How long does it take to receive my order?

All cake pops are made after the order is placed. It usually takes about 5-7 days to make sure the order is ready. We will get in contact with you soon after the order is placed to verify the delivery date and address, or to coordinate pickup.

What if I like a design but want the stick on the opposite side?

We can customize cake pops in any way! We can make them with the stick up or down. If you see a cake pop design you like but want the stick to have a opposite direction, just make that a comment under special requests.

Can my order be ready faster than the 5-7 days?

If you need an order ready quicker than our usual time, the answer is likely yes but we don't guarantee it. Send us a message or call us before placing an order and we can try to make it. happen.

If I want to order something for someone's birthday and I want it delivered on a specific day, can you make sure it's delivered the day I want?

If you place an order for delivery or pickup (5-7 days before the day you need it) you can make a note in the comments that you need it for a specific day and we will message you to coordinate delivery or pickup for the day you need it.

My party has a theme but I don't see cake pops in your store that go with my party, can you create custom cake pops to match my theme?

Yes! We can create any custom cake pops. Message us, tell us what you want or send us a picture and we will make them for you.  We will let you know pricing before you order, this will be based on how complex the design is.

What flavors do you offer?

We offer: vanilla, chocolate, confetti, Oreo, red velvet, blueberry cheesecake, carrot cake and cinnamon roll. We also have premium flavors which are: Cookie dough stuffed cake, Ferrero Rocher and salted caramel brownie.

Do you offer any more flavors besides the ones listed?

These are our typical cake pop bases but if you would like to order a different flavor, message us before placing an order and we will let you know if we can do it.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?

Yes! For large orders we offer a bulk discount. Contact us before placing the order with as much detail as you can give us as to quantity, design, what date you need it, and cake flavor. We do require the order to be placed at least 7 days ahead of time.

Do you ship?

We don't ship our cake pops. Local orders only.

What containers do the cake pops come in?

We can make most cake pops  (that have the stick on the bottom) fit in different containers and presentations. We have different types in stock: Metal containers, wood crate, terracotta pots, wood container, glass mason jar and paper bouquet. Containers A-H can fit up to 12 cake pops, I-J can fit 6 cake pops, and K can fit up to 12. Make sure you write the container type when ordering the cake pops under Special Requests. We can also use other containers that are not shown, if you have something specific in mind, send us a message and we'll let you know if we can do it. 

 

You can also order them without a container. The cake pops that have the stick on the top (the ones that sit flat on a table) do not come in containers.
